Gynecologic Cancer

In the United States, every six minutes a woman is diagnosed with gynecologic cancer. That totals more than 82,000 women a year. Gynecologic cancers represent a group of diseases that includes cancers of the ovary, uterus, cervix, vulva, vagina, and the fallopian tube. Due to the varied nature of these diseases, some of which are rare, a specialized interdisciplinary treatment plan is required.
